Q. I ordered and got my order confirmation, when will I get my tracking number?

A. We will provide you the tracking number in 24 hours after we send out your order, because we want to verify the tracking number first, to prevent any inaccurate readings later on.


Q. Do you guys have a wholesale price? I want to sell your shoes.

A. Yes we do, please send us a message and we can gladly talk about it.


Q. I just got my tracking number but it says it's not available at the moment when I track it.

A. Please note that the tracking number may take 3 - 5 Business days to update, but please don't worry as your package will still go smoothly, this is an issue with the post office currently, and unfortunately it's out of our control. However, if its been more than 6 Business days and you still can't track it, please send us an email and we will definitely update the post office for you.
